Design Sprints
A Design Sprint service is a unique process to define a clear problem hypothesis, validating ideas and solving big challenges through prototyping and testing ideas with customers by applying STATION 25 methodology and specific tools. STATION 25 define four types of Design Sprint, Research Foucused, Design Heavey, Ship & Measure and Balanced Sprint.
We intend to hold quarterly rounds of visits by the 'Mobile Innovation Lab' to other branches in order to encourage employees to innovate, improve productivity, reduce costs, and involve them in the process of solving the challenges they face using the SPL Innovation Center's methodology.

Innovation Challenge service is a platform that enables SPL departments to gather and crowdsource ideas and challenges in a structured manner. It fosters the development of impactful solutions that improve both employee and customer experiences. By launching challenges through the platform, employees can collaboratively submit their ideas, leading to innovative outcomes.
